X-Wing Painting Masks - New Lower Price!
One of the hardest ships of the FFG X-Wing Miniatures Game to repaint is the TIE fighter and all of its variants. Why are these one of the hardest? The wing panels require much care to properly re-paint them to a different paint scheme while keeping the crisp line work and edges. After struggling to accomplish this with my commissioned work, I decided there must be a better way than doing it by hand. This is my solution - a set of laser-cut masks to facilitate this. These masks were developed over a significant period of time and microscopically designed to make painting these panels a bit easier.
Each kit includes two mask sets for each ship and are primarily designed for airbrush painting. Hand painting can also be used but care must be taken to not use too much paint at one time - several thin coats are best.
